Can I cancel my order? |

You can cancel your order 2 weeks prior to the rental day and no charges will apply to your order. This allows the jumper to be rented after cancellation.

Are your jumpers save and clean? |

The jumpers are always cleaned prior to a rental appointment. We check them upon set up to ensure your safety.

How do I know that you will show up? |

We call you the day before the rental is due to confirm the appointment.

Can I keep the jumper over-night? |

Yes. You can keep the jumper overnight. Please see the rental prices table for more information about overnight charges.

Only compatible groups and size of children should play in each unit at the same time:

How can I reserve a jumper? |

Call 650-465-5495 and we'll process the reservation over the telephone. If you leave a message, we'll return the call at the most convenient time.

Is there a deposit required? |
| |
There is no deposit required. Your payment is due after the jumper is installed at your location

How far in advance do I need to reserve a jumper? |
| |
You should reserve a jumper at least 3 weeks prior to the delivery date, or up to one week with acknoledgement that a fall back jumper option may be necessary if the primary choice is not available.

Do you deliver to my area? |
| |
Delivery of rental of units in local area correspond to cities from Half Moon Bay to Daly City, Redwood City and nearby communities.

Does the blower need electrical energy source? How much energy does it use? |
| |
You need to have access to an electrical outlet serving 120V and an extension cable. If you don't have an extension available, we'll install one for you. If renting a jumper in a park, you will need to use a power generator. We rent generator units as well. Please see our generator rental unit page for more information.

What time do you deliver and pick up the jumper? |
| |
Jumpers are rented for 8hrs, and need to be picked up no later than 8:30pm.

How long does it take to set up and take it down? |
| |
It takes about 20 minutes to install and 15 minutes to pick up.
