• Can I cancel my order?

  • You can cancel your order 2 weeks prior to the rental day and no charges will apply to your order. This allows the jumper to be rented after cancellation.

• Are your jumpers save and clean?

  • The jumpers are always cleaned prior to a rental appointment. We check them upon set up to ensure your safety.

• How do I know that you will show up?  

  • We call you the day before the rental is due to confirm the appointment.

• Can I keep the jumper over-night? 

  • Yes. You can keep the jumper overnight. Please see the rental prices table for more information about overnight charges.

• How many children can use the jumper? 

  • Only compatible groups and size of children should play in each unit at the same time:
    

    • 13x13 unit size Age range of children   
      

    • Maximum range of occupants 8 years old    
      

    • 9 children 9-12 years old    
      

    • 6 children Older teens    
      

    • 3 to 4 children Adults

• How can I reserve a jumper?  

  • Call 650-465-5495 and we'll process the reservation over the telephone. If you leave a message, we'll return the call at the most convenient time.
    

• Is there a deposit required?  

  • There is no deposit required. Your payment is due after the jumper is installed at your location

• How far in advance do I need to reserve a jumper?  

  • You should reserve a jumper at least 3 weeks prior to the delivery date, or up to one week with acknoledgement that a fall back jumper option may be necessary if the primary choice is not available.

• Do you deliver to my area?  

  • Delivery of rental of units in local area correspond to cities from Half Moon Bay to Daly City, Redwood City and nearby communities.
    

• Does the blower need electrical energy source? How much energy does it use?  

  • You need to have access to an electrical outlet serving 120V and an extension cable. If you don't have an extension available, we'll install one for you. If renting a jumper in a park, you will need to use a power generator. We rent generator units as well. Please see our generator rental unit page for more information.

• What time do you deliver and pick up the jumper? 

  • Jumpers are rented for 8hrs, and need to be picked up no later than 8:30pm.
    

• How long does it take to set up and take it down?  

  • It takes about 20 minutes to install and 15 minutes to pick up.
